Building a weekly rhythm instead of a schedule

Rhythm bends with a bad day. A rigid schedule breaks.

A schedule assumes every week performs the same. A rhythm assumes weeks vary, and plans around that: anchor only two or three fixed commitments a week and leave the rest flexible.

The habit that matters most is reviewing and adjusting the rhythm weekly instead of setting it once and forcing every week to match a plan made in advance.
