Stop fighting your brain. Build a business that runs on it.
The AuDHD Entrepreneur Playbook is a course for founders with ADHD and autism. Ten lessons in video and writing, plus the workbook, tools and templates I use to keep a business running through weeks when my attention does not cooperate.
Watch it, read it, or both. Every lesson comes as a video and as a written tutorial. No productivity advice designed for a brain you do not have.
One payment. Goes to $247 once the founding group closes.
This is not for everyone.
You run a business, or you are trying to start one, and the bottleneck is not ideas.
You have been diagnosed with ADHD, autism, or both, or you recognise yourself well enough that the label matters less than the pattern.
You have tried the standard systems and watched them collapse the first bad week.
You want to work at your own pace, in whichever format suits the day.
You want a business plan handed to you. This teaches you to build one your brain can actually run.
You want clinical or medical guidance. I am an entrepreneur, not a clinician.
You want live coaching. This is material you work through alone, at your own pace.
You are looking for a shortcut. The lessons are short. The work is not.
Diagnose, design, defend.
Every lesson sits in one of three parts. You learn how your brain actually behaves, you build systems shaped around that, then you make those systems survive contact with a real week.
Diagnose
Stop guessing at your own capacity. You map when you are sharp, what pulls you into hyperfocus, what reliably ends it, and where the work actually falls apart.
Design
Build the business around what you found. Offers, pricing, and one-page systems that need no willpower to maintain, plus automation for the tasks you will never do reliably.
Defend
Keep it standing. Running the business through a shutdown week, saying no without losing the client, and delegating before you are desperate.
Nothing hidden until you pay.
- 01Diagnose
Map your real energy cycles
Two weeks of honest tracking to find when you are actually sharp, and stop scheduling important work into your worst hours.
- 02Diagnose
Find your hyperfocus triggers, and your shutdown triggers
What reliably pulls you in, what reliably ends it, and how to stop treating both as random weather.
- 03Diagnose
Audit where the work goes wrong
A structured pass over the last six months to locate the specific points where things stall, not the vague feeling that they do.
- 04Design
Build a business model your brain can run
Choosing offers and delivery around your patterns instead of around what the market says is scalable.
- 05Design
One-page systems, the only documentation you will keep
Why long processes rot and short ones survive. Includes the system sheet template I use for everything.
- 06Design
Automate the tasks you will never do reliably
Identify the handful of recurring tasks that break your week, then remove them from your hands entirely.
- 07Design
Pricing and offers that do not need constant admin
Fewer moving parts, fewer decisions, fewer chances for the whole thing to jam on a bad day.
- 08Defend
Run the business through a bad week
The minimum-viable operating mode. What you keep doing, what you drop, and deciding it in advance so you are not deciding it while flooded.
- 09Defend
Say no without losing the client
Scripts and boundaries for scope, deadlines, and the requests that will cost you three days of recovery.
- 10Defend
Delegate before you are desperate
What to hand off first, how to brief it once, and why waiting until you are drowning guarantees a bad hire.
I built businesses for 25 years before I knew why it was so hard.
For 25 years I built and scaled web businesses. Managing teams, launching products, driving millions in revenue. I worked twice as hard as everyone else to keep up, and I figured everyone was struggling like I was.
Then I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism at 49. Suddenly the pattern made sense. The hyperfocus weeks that went 14 hours a day. The paralysis in front of an inbox. The two-day rebuilds when someone moved a deadline. The creative bursts followed by empty months.
Instead of fighting my brain, I rewired the business around it. And it worked. Fewer hours, better output, and systems that keep running when I cannot.
This playbook is what I wish someone had handed me at 25. It is what I actually do, written down.

Is it video or written?
Both, for every lesson. There is a video if you take things in better by watching, and a written tutorial covering the same ground if you would rather read, skim, or come back to one section without scrubbing through a timeline. Use whichever fits the day. Alongside those you get the workbook, the tools, and the templates.
How long does it take?
Watching or reading all ten lessons takes a few hours. Doing the work takes longer, and the first lesson alone asks for two weeks of tracking. There is no schedule and nothing expires, so go at whatever pace your attention allows.
Do I need a formal diagnosis?
No. The material is built around patterns of attention, energy, and overwhelm. If you recognise those patterns in yourself, the lessons will work whether or not you have a piece of paper.
I have not started a business yet. Is it too early?
It is useful, but understand what it is. The playbook is about building operating systems around your brain, not about finding your first idea or first customer. If you are pre-idea, start with the free articles on this site instead.
Your brain is not the problem.
The systems were built for someone else. Ten lessons to build ones that fit you.
