Identification and Scope These General Conditions of Sale regulate the commercial relationship between Sandy Allain (Tax ID: X5800102P, with professional address at Calle Cervantes, 3, 28014 Madrid, Spain; email: info@sandyallain.com) and the user/customer (“Customer”) for any paid courses, digital resources, or coaching services purchased through sandyallain.com.

By completing a purchase on this website, the Customer unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Services & Products

  • Paid Courses: Digital educational programs and resources designed for AuDHDers and entrepreneurs. Access is granted online upon successful payment confirmation.

  • Coaching Services: Professional guidance and mentoring sessions booked and delivered remotely (via designated online video conferencing tools).

Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices listed on the website are indicated in Euros (€).

  • Prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA) or other relevant taxes in accordance with Spanish and European regulations, unless explicitly specified otherwise at checkout.

Payment Methods Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By submitting an order, the Customer authorizes the transaction through the payment gateway. We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card or banking credentials.

Delivery of Digital Content and Services

  • Digital Courses: Access to digital courses is delivered electronically immediately or shortly after payment confirmation, either via direct download links, email access instructions, or login credentials to a member portal.

  • Coaching Sessions: Once purchased, instructions and scheduling links will be provided to book the session time slot. Rescheduling is permitted provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • Digital Courses: In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and EU Consumer Rights Directives regarding digital content, digital courses and immediate-access resources are non-refundable once the download, streaming, or online access has begun or been provisioned, as the Customer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges the resulting loss of their right of withdrawal.

  • Coaching Services: Once coaching sessions are booked, paid, and rendered, or if canceled with less than 24 hours notice, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property All course materials, videos, frameworks, templates, and text provided through sandyallain.com are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a course or coaching package grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual use only. Reselling, sharing, copying, distributing, or commercializing these materials without explicit written authorization from Sandy Allain is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability The coaching and educational content provided on this website are designed for personal growth, educational, and entrepreneurial orientation tailored to AuDHD profiles. They do not constitute formal medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or certified financial advice. Sandy Allain is not liable for business outcomes or individual choices made by the Customer following these programs.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these conditions or the services provided shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
