  • Unsatisfactory Initial Audit: If you’re unhappy with my initial SEO audit and strategy planning and I can’t provide a satisfactory revision within a reasonable time, you can get a refund. You deserve a quality analysis and actionable strategy.
  • Missed Deadlines: If I miss the agreed-upon service delivery timeline without prior notice or a good reason, you’ll get a refund for the portion of the service not delivered. Timeliness is key for your SEO strategy.
  • Excessive Change Requests: While I offer changes to ensure your satisfaction, requests must be within reason. If the volume or nature of the changes becomes excessive and hinders the practical progress of the project, refunds will not be provided. This policy ensures a balanced and efficient working relationship.
  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Once the services are fully delivered and milestones completed, refunds generally aren’t available unless there are exceptional circumstances. This policy respects the work done and the value it brings to your business. However, I’m open to discussing extraordinary situations to find a fair solution.
  • Disputes Over Subjective Results: SEO results can vary based on numerous factors including search engine algorithms and market conditions. As such, dissatisfaction due to subjective assessment of results (like ranking positions or traffic fluctuations) is not grounds for refunds. Requesting a Refund

  3. Approval and Processing: If approved, I’ll notify you and process the refund within 14 days using your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed, but it might take a few days to reflect in your account.
  4. Denial and Explanation: If denied, I’ll provide a detailed explanation and, if possible, offer alternative solutions to resolve the issue. I’m committed to finding mutually beneficial outcomes and addressing concerns.

Cancelling Services

If you’re unsatisfied with my services, please contact me first so we can address the issue. If we determine that canceling the service is the best course of action, here’s what to expect:

  • Paid but Uninitiated Services: If you’ve paid for a service but I haven’t started working on it yet, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Service Delivery: If I’ve started work on your project but haven’t completed all milestones, you’ll receive a partial refund based on the completed portion of work.
  • Full Service Delivery: If all services have been completed and there are no issues that warrant a refund, the cancellation request will be considered null and void. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
